The people counting –is the first and the main step in visitor analysis, as well as one of the main metrics for daily monitoring of your business.

This is a really good tool for organizing and distributing visitor flows between operators and cashiers. But unfortunately it does not give a complete picture of both the operational situation and the relevance of statistical data.
Very simple. How many times do people mistakenly take a wrong ticket? How many people do not reach the ticket machine, just seeing the queue in the hall?
Therefore, the electronic queue does not give a complete picture, and also does not allow to find out the cause of the queue.
Queue Length Counter is displayed on the color-coded diagram. The congestion of the hall is presented in the form of a color scale (from green to dark red), so that the manager can respond quickly to the situation. A gray histogram displays the absolute values of the length of the queue at specified time moments.
All thresholds are configured for each object separately. That is, for one object, you can set the value "8" as "red", and for another one - the value "5". Thus, the controller or analyst will operate with states "good", "tolerable", "not acceptable" instead of numbers, which may vary between stores, offices, branches, etc.
